Aoife, a Rosemont Transition Year student has been awarded for her wonderful achievement of attaining the highest score in Spanish in Ireland, in the 2016 Junior Certificate exam. Aoife follows in the footsteps of Rosemont past pupil Miriam Johnson, who also achieved the top score in Spanish in Ireland in 2013. Aoife was invited to the residence of the Spanish Ambassador to Ireland, José María Rodríguez Coso on Thursday May 4th. She attended the ceremony along with her parents and members of the Spanish Department from Rosemont. Aoife will be travelling to Castilla y León as part of her prize. Congratulations Aoife!
