Great news Just in from the East Leinster Schools Cross Country Championships today in Phoenix Park, run in extremely challenging conditions. The girls’ team delivered a superb performance, finishing 3rd overall and qualifying for the Leinster Cross Country Championships on 11th February 2026.

Megan, Kila, Skye, and Leah showed tremendous determination throughout the race, with every place crucial to the team result. Kila and Skye also qualified individually after strong runs in a very competitive field.

Competing against much larger schools, the girls represented Rosemont with great pride and resilience.

Alecia Maughan produced an excellent performance, finishing 13th overall and qualifying for the Leinster Championships individually.

A fantastic collective effort from all athletes involved, well done girls!
