While the TY’s were off on work experience, the girls in Rosemont got stuck into Maths Week with each year competing in the various competitions and quizzes with gusto.
In addition the 2nd and 3rd year students took park in the annual Hamilton Walk which began at DIAS Dunsink Observatory and finished at Broom Bridge Cabra. Julia G from 3rd year was chosen to scratch Hamilton’s groundbreaking formula onto the bridge, just as he had done so in 1843!
