Congratulations once again to Rosemont’s Senior Spanish Debating team! In a very hotly contested debate last Thursday, Lucy, Alex, Sofia and Sarah beat Loreto Dalkey. The motion ‘Esta casa introduciría una cuota de género en las elecciones parlamentarias’ made for some very interesting discussions. The girls now advance to the final of the competition which takes place in the Instituto Cervantes on Thursday January 30, and will compete against Castleknock College. Well done girls-we are very proud of all of you!
